Skyhawks fall twice on Friday afternoon
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Unable to convert on timely opportunities at the plate, the Fort Lewis softball team dropped both games on the road at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs by scores of 4-2 in game one and 5-4 in game two over at a capricious Mountain Lion Field. The Skyhawks fell to 17-30 overall and 15-23 in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference games while the Mountain Lions rose to 19-32 and 16-26 in conference play.
