Softball sweeps Houghton, moves winning streak to 16
HOUGHTON, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher University softball team moved its win streak to 16 straight on Friday, beating Houghton in both ends of a doubleheader. GAME 1: FISHER 16, HOUGHTON 5 (5 INNINGS) A 10-run fifth propelled the Cardinals to a run-rule victory in game one, turning a close 6-3 contest into an offensive explosion that included seven hits, three walks, and an error by Houghton.
