Softball Takes Series Opener Against Georgetown, 7-3

PROVIDENCE, R.I.- The Providence College softball team defeated the Georgetown Hoyas (12-28, 3-16 BIG EAST), 7-3, on Friday, April 26 on Glay Field in Providence, R.I. The Friars improved to 19-20-1 overall record and a 9-10 mark in BIG EAST play.
