Softball Takes Series Opener Against Saint Mary’s
SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Taryn Clements drove in the game-winning RBI in the bottom of the sixth and Hannah Edwards tossed a four-hit complete game in Santa Clara softball's 2-1 series opening win over Saint Mary's on Friday at SCU Softball Stadium. HOW IT HAPPENED: Clements' RBI single was the difference in the game where Edwards and Gaels starter Odhi Vasquez each went the distance.
