Texas WR Adonai Mitchell selected with the No. 33 pick by the Indianapolis Colts

In an unexpected fall down draft boards as the fourth wide receiver selected in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft, the Indianapolis Colts selected former Texas Longhorns standout AD Mitchell with the No. 52 pick. For head coach Steve Sarkisian’s program, however, Mitchell’s slide out of the first round takes second billing behind the Georgia transfer becoming the fifth Longhorn picked in the first 52 selections of this year’s draft.
