Wellesley Tennis Sweeps Past Salve Regina, 9-0
NEWPORT, R.I. – Wellesley College tennis earned a 9-0 NEWMAC sweep over host Salve Regina University on Friday afternoon at the Salve Regina University Tennis Courts. The Blue found an early advantage in doubles play, opening with a 3-0 sweep of the Seahawks. Senior Jennifer Fan (Vancouver, British Columbia) and first year Dalia Khera (Houston, Texas) defeated senior Casey Farrell (Cumberland, R.I.) and first year Kaydin Pinto (Acushnet, Mass.), 8-3 at No. 3 doubles.
