After a masterful Game 3 win over the Knicks in which he scored 50 points, Joel Embiid revealed that he has been playing through a Bell's palsy diagnosis for weeks. It's a condition that causes sudden weakness of the muscles in one side of the face. Embiid called his condition "a mild case" that started a day or two before the team's play-in victory against the Heat on April 18.
