YellowJackets Take Two from Comets

LONGVIEW, Texas – The UT Dallas softball team lost both games of an American Southwest Conference double-header at LETU Softball Field Thursday. The host YellowJackets (17-17, 10-10 ASC) took game one 8-0 in six innings, then defeated the Comets (15-18, 6-13) 7-1 in the nightcap. Game One LeTourneau outhit UTD 10-3, including 4-0 in extra-base hits. The game ended with three runs and a pair of doubles in the sixth for the run-rule victory.
