#4 Men’s Tennis Bests WashU in UAA Championships Third-Place Match, 5-3
The No. 4 ranked Emory men’s tennis team (16-5, 2-1 UAA) wrapped up play in the UAA Championships on Saturday afternoon, taking on the No. 12 ranked WashU Bears in the event’s third-place match. After dropping two of the three doubles matches, the Eagles rallied to win four singles bouts to comeback and take the match, 5-3. The Bears got out to a quick, 2-0 lead, winning the opening two doubles matches.
