Albany State Lady Rams Triumph at 2024 SIAC Women’s Track & Field Championship

On the strength of two first places and six top 3 finishes, Albany State claimed the 2024 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women’s Track & Field Championship crown. Zenay Rhaney started her day with the 1500-meter title in 5:04.80, almost four seconds (3.93) better than her closest opponent. Rhaney followed it up with the 800-meter gold in a time of 2:23.74 for 20 points for the ASU team by herself.
