Anteaters Shine on Final Day of Steve Scott Invitational

IRVINE, Calif. - The UC Irvine women's track & field team had a successful outing on the second and final day of the Steve Scott Invitational Saturday at Anteater Stadium. It was UCI's final tune-up before the Big West Championships. Kailah McKenzie started the afternoon with a win in the high jump. She was the only athlete in the competition to clear the bar at 1.71 meters (5-7.25). McKenzie kept the momentum going at her next height with a clearance of 1.77m (5-9.75) on her first attempt.
