Baseball: Macalester Bested By Gustavus

ST. PETER, Minn. – Macalester baseball returned to conference play today, traveling to St. Peter to take on Gustavus. The Scots fell in a close 9-6 battle in game one and then dropped game two, 11-1. Macalester drops to 8-28 (2-16 MIAC). The Scots took a 1-0 lead to start game one when senior Matt Odom (Glendale, Calif./St. Francis) and junior Bowman Wingard (Palo Alto, Calif./Palo Alto) hit back-to-back doubles.
