Bears Split DH at Portland State

PORTLAND, Ore. – Northern Colorado split Friday's doubleheader against Portland State at Hillsboro Stadium Saturday. The Bears (23-22, 8-5 Big Sky) earned a 9-5 victory in the opener, before falling to the Vikings (19-21, 8-5) 1-0 in the nightcap. UNC built a 7-1 lead in the third inning of game one.
