Cowgirls Drop Game Three At McMurry

ABILENE, Texas – Hardin-Simmons’ softball team fell to McMurry 5-4 in eight innings on Saturday at Edwards Field in American Southwest Conference action. The Cowgirls scored first on the back end of a double steal with Ashley Easley coming home. Miranda Soileau had an RBI single in the fourth inning and another run scored on an error to give McMurry a 2-1 lead in the fourth. Easley added an RBI single in the sixth to tie the game.
