Delaware State Loses 11-10 to LIU Despite Late Lead
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. --The Delaware State Hornets brought a 10-8 lead into the ninth inning, but could not hold on and fell 11-10 to the LIU Sharks Saturday. Sophomore Bouldin (0-1) started and took the loss on the mound for Delaware State (14-20, 17-6). Freshman Etwaru started the ballgame and went six innings, surrendering three runs, one earned, on five hits, walking one and striking out three.
