Eagles Lose G-MAC Women’s Golf Final To Oilers, Await NCAA Postseason Selection
The 2024 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championship head-to-head medal match play final was played on Saturday (April 27) in Owensboro, Ky., and Ashland University's women's golf team lost to No. 2-ranked Findlay, 4-1. The second-place league finish is the Eagles' best placement in three years in the Great Midwest. Ashland also was the runner-up in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference four years in a row from 2009-10 to 2012-13.
