Gujarathi, Sardain Victorious at No. 1 Doubles as Men’s Tennis Welcomes Nationally-Ranked Amherst to Campus

LEWISTON, Maine — Bates College welcomed #17 Amherst College to the Wallach Tennis Center Saturday where the visiting Mammoths collected an 8-1 NESCAC road victory over the host-Bobcats. The tandem of Alexander Gujarathi and Theo Sardain accounted for the lone point for Bates as the duo defeated Kobe Ellenbogen and Andreas Sillaste, 8-6, in a #1 doubles battle.
