Hornets Finish Second at MEAC Championship, Two Named to All-Tournament Team

CARY, North Carolina - The Delaware State University women's tennis team finished second to South Carolina State in a 4-1 loss in the MEAC Championship game on Saturday morning at Cary Tennis Park. In the doubles matches; The Bulldogs secured the point with a 2-0 victory over the Hornets. The Hornets went 3-1 in singles. Klaudija Lisovska secured the only win in the number five spot with 6-4,6-3 victories over Vujicic Teodora. Lisovska received All-Tournament First Team in the number five spot. Dara Jula received All-Tournament Team in the number three spot.
