HPU Drops Season Finale 8-2 to Concordia (TX)

AUSTIN, Texas — Tanner Benson went 2-for-4 with an RBI for the Howard Payne Yellow Jackets in an 8-2 loss to the Concordia (TX) Tornados on Saturday. Anthony Cook (2-3) came out of the bullpen for Howard Payne (13-25, 6-18) and took the loss. HOW IT HAPPENED Trailing 1-0, the Yellow Jackets first put runs on the board in the fifth inning.
