Jimoh places second in high jump at Corky/Crofoot Shootout

LUBBOCK – The Texas A&M University-Commerce track & field team began the Corky/Crofoot Shootout on Friday night at the Fuller Track & Field Complex with a top five performance. MEN Justine Jimoh (Benin, Nigeria) tied for the best mark in the high jump of 7-1.5 (2.17m), but was placed second based on attempts. Xak Edwards (Greenville) was sixth with a mark of 6-7.5 (2.02m) and Tyke Owens (Lebanon Trail) was 10 th with a mark of 6-5.5 (1.97m).
