Poughkeepsie, NY – Behind an 18-save effort by goalkeeper Griffin Emerson, the Clarkson Univeristy Men’s Lacrosse team secured the final playoff spot in the conference tournament, claiming a 12-5 Liberty League victory over Vassar College on Saturday afternoon. Clarkson’s win, which evened the team’s overall record at 8-8, coupled with a Skidmore loss to Ithaca, allowed the Knights to take the final playoff spot.
