Knights win, Gustas earns 100th career victory
WAVERLY, Iowa– The Wartburg men’s tennis team (11-16 overall, 6-2 American Rivers) finished the regular season with an 8-1 win over Simpson (1-12, 0-7). This marked head coach Chris Gustas ‘ 100th career victory at the helm of the men’s program. Notes: Nine different Knights played in the match. This was the 22nd straight win over Simpson in the series. The Orange and Black moved their overall season winning streak to four. Next event The Orange and Black have qualified for the A-R-C AQ Tournament next week.
