Late Rally Lifts Dons Past Tigers to Even Series
SAN FRANCISCO – The Pacific baseball team dropped the middle game of the series against San Francisco, 7-5, on Saturday afternoon at Benedetti Diamond. The Tigers (8-34, 3-11 WCC) carried a lead late into the contest, but the Dons (18-25, 2-12 WCC) rallied with a three-run bottom of the eighth inning to capture the win and even up the series. Senior Chase Graves contributed a three-hit performance for a second consecutive day, going 3-for-4 at the plate with two singles, an RBI double and a run scored.
