Lopes fall in conference tournament closing season of ups and downs

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The No. 17 Grand Canyon beach volleyball team closed out the season Friday after a loss to fourth seed South Carolina in a 3-2 battle. The loss came after a morning bout with LSU which sent them to the loser-out match GCU and LSU battled first this morning where the number five pair Madi Bogle and Regan Holmer were victorious 21-17, 21-14.
