Men’s Golf Sits In Second After Opening Round At Landmark Championships

SHAWNEE ON THE DELAWARE, PA — The University of Scranton men’s golf team shot a 296 (+8) in the opening round of the Landmark Conference Championships and sits in second place behind Drew by three strokes. Drew leads the overall team standings at 293 (+5). Elliot Parker of Drew shot the low round of the day at 67 (-5). Junior Danny Harding (Vestal, N.Y. / Vestal) carded the best round of the day for Scranton at 73 (+1) and is tied for third individually. Harding posted two birdies on his round, both on par fives.
