No. 20 Knights one shot back after first day of St. Olaf-Carleton Invite
NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The No. 20-ranked Carleton College women’s golf team is one stroke off the lead after the opening round of the St. Olat-Carleton Invite. Carter Sichol will carry a one-stroke lead into the final 18 holes, while Cynthia Lu is in fourth place. The Knights posted a team score of 316, tying No. 13 St. Catherine University for second place. The Wildcats’ “B” team holds a one-stroke lead in the 12-team tournament.
