No. 23 Women’s Tennis Returns to WCC Final via Win Over Pacific
SAN DIEGO – The No. 23 San Diego women's tennis program (16-6, 5-1 WCC) held off a late rally by Pacific (14-7, 4-2 WCC), but earned a 4-2 victory to advance to the WCC Tournament final on Friday afternoon at the Aztec Tennis Center. HOW IT HAPPENED The Toreros opened the day with a hot start in doubles, as Abigail Desiatnikov and Elizabeth Goldsmith roared to a 6-0 victory at No. 1 doubles.
