No. 7 Women’s Tennis Blanks CBU in GSC Quarterfinals
MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The No. 7 University of West Alabama women's tennis team took no time to advance to the semifinals of the Gulf South Conference Championship with a 4-0 shutout of Christian Brothers University, Saturday afternoon from Lagoon Park. The top seed in the tournament, UWA improves to 15-8 on the season. CBU ends its season at 9-12. The Tigers only allowed two games to the Lady Buccanners in doubles.
