Ohio Baseball Falls to Toledo on Saturday

ATHENS, Ohio – The Ohio baseball team (13-25, 8-15 MAC) fell 16-2 to Toledo (20-23, 13-10 MAC) on Saturday, April 27. Freshman JR Nelson (Vernon Hills, Ill.) and redshirt junior AJ Rausch (Powell, Ohio) both scored one run and recorded one hit for the Bobcats. Junior Jackson Cauthron (Murfreesboro, Tenn.) finished two-for-three at the plate. Graduate student Tim Knapschaefer (Maria Stein, Ohio) started on the mound for Ohio and pitched 3.2 innings.
