RiverHawks sweep Lopers on Senior Day

BROKEN ARROW – Northeastern State closed out its softball season with a pair of wins on Saturday over Nebraska-Kearney with the RiverHawks getting a walk-off homer from Emily Sampson to take game one 5-4 and took the nightcap 6-1. The finale was played at Broken Arrow High School due to field conditions at RiverHawks Park in Tahlequah. Northeastern State scored four unanswered runs with Drew Hawkins having a three-hit game.
