Softball Drops Third Game of Series With Martin Luther

St. Bonifacius, MN – The Polars softball team fell to Martin Luther on Saturday by a score of 10-5. The Knights jumped out in front early with 3 runs in the first two innings. Crown matched with 1 run in the 4th inning with an Emmy Romportl RBI single. The Polars pushed across three runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to cut the Knights lead to 6-4. However the Knights extended the lead and defeated the Polars. Romportl led the Crown offense with 3 hits on 4 at bats with 3 RBI’s. Catelyn Garza also tabbed 3 hits.…
