Softball takes two comeback victories over Union; 2-1, 13-12

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The RIT softball team swept Union in a doubleheader; winning 2-1, 13-12, Saturday. GAME ONE – RIT 2, Union 1 Senior Elise Guth finished 3-for-4 with a triple and scored a run while junior Lillian Rienstra was 2-for-2 with a run scored and an RBI to back a four-hit complete game victory by sophomore Jessica Majot . Union opened the first inning with a solo homerun by Nahnny Sobetzko over the leftfield fence. Guth led off the fifth with a triple to left and came home after Rienstra popped out in the infield.
