Steimel and Schneeberger Break Records at Drake Relays

DES MOINES, Iowa – The University of Central Arkansas Men's and Women's Track & Field teams competed in the Drake Relays throughout the week. The women's team finished in 14 th out of 26 teams. The men's team finished 12 th out of 21 teams. Breaking the UCA record, Jaden Schneeberger placed fifth in the men's Hammer with a throw of 61.01m (200-2.0). Breaking the UCA record in the women's 10,000m, Sara Steimel placed seventh with a time of 35:25.95. The Bears earned 16 top-10 finishes and set eight personal records.
