Sullivan’s walk-off RBI single helps softball sweep Bridgewater to end regular season, clinch playoff spot

DANVILLE, Va. — In her final at-bat on her home field, senior Taylor Sullivan perfectly placed a single in between outfielders in right-center field to provide a walk-off RBI single and lift Averett University softball to a 4-3 win in Game 2 to complete a doubleheader sweep of Bridgewater College on Saturday.
