Thoroughbreds drop both at Union to finish third in East

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Skidmore College baseball team suffered 12-11 and 16-6 (8 inn.) defeats on the road at Union College on Saturday afternoon. The Garnet Chargers win the series two games to one to clinch second in the Liberty League East and the right to host a crossover series next weekend. Skidmore (18-14, 8-6 Liberty League, 7-5 LL East) will go to Rochester to play the second seed from the West, either University of Rochester or RIT, in a best two out of three crossover series next weekend.
