Transy Baseball defeats Franklin, extends win streak to 11 games
LEXINGTON – The red hot Transylvania Pioneers baseball team remained hot after downing Franklin College in a Saturday doubleheader to extend their win streak to 11 games. The Pioneers won a close game one matchup 7-6 before taking down the Grizzlies in 7 innings in game two, 14-4. Game one: Transy 7, Franklin 6Camryn Warfield earned his 3rd win of the season after coming in relief for Luke Patton (6.0 innings, 9 K’s, 5 ER’s).
