Trio of Gothic Knights Compete for Track & Field at TCNJ Lions Invite

By: Contact: Alex Falk; Assistant Athletic Director for Communications and Marketing EWING, N.J. — The New Jersey City University men’s and women’s track & field teams sent a trio of runners down to South Jersey this weekend for The Lions Invite, hosted by The College of New Jersey on Friday and Saturday, April 26-27. Three NJCU seniors traveled down to TCNJ over the weekend. Captain Ayriana Young (Jersey City, N.J./McNair Academic) ran in the 100-meter hurdles for the first time in her career and notched a time of 15.34 to place sixth overall out of 18 runners.
