University of Southern Maine Women’s Track & Field Dominates Little East Conference Outdoor Championship

NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. – The University of Southern Maine women’s track & field program earned its 23rd Little East Conference Outdoor Track & Field championship on Saturday with a dominant showing at the conference championship meet. The Huskies led the eight-team field with 145 points, beating second place Eastern Connecticut State University by 40 points. Junior Zoe Barnes (New Gloucester, Maine/Gray-New Gloucester) earned individual conference titles in both the discus and the shot put.
