Women’s Tennis Falls in CAA Tournament Semis
ELON, N.C. – UNCW's season came to an end on Saturday following a 4-0 loss to second-seeded William & Mary at the Coastal Athletic Association women's tennis championship at the Powell Tennis Center. The Seahawks finished the season with a 12-8 mark and reach semifinals for a second straight season. The Tribe (17-5), meanwhile, returns to the conference title match on Sunday against top-seeded Delaware. The Tribe earned the doubles point winning 6-2 on courts one and three. W&M then posted straight-set wins on courts one, four and five to complete the 4-0 victory.
