Women’s tennis suffers setback by Sewanee in SAA semifinal
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Centre women’s tennis closed the 2024 campaign with a 5-0 loss to top seed Sewanee in Saturday’s Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Tournament semifinal. Maddy Trinh and Grace Williams were the top ranked duos pair yet again for the Colonels and fell 8-2 to Brooke Despriet and Katherine Petty. Carlie Mitchell and Kennedy Herring had the same score in the No. 2 match with an 8-2 setback to Sarah Livingston and Ansley Carpenter.
