Women’s Track and Field Place Eighth at LEC Championship

NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. – The Vermont State University Castleton women’s track and field team placed eighth at the Little East Conference Championship on Saturday. Leading the way for the Spartans was first year Kalynn Stevenson, who scored 12 points for the team. Stevenson started in the shot put, where she tossed a huge personal best and a new program record of 11.84m to place her third in the event.
