Women’s Track & Field: Hawks come fifth at CCC Championship
Portsmouth R.I.—The Roger Williams women’s track & field team took fifth place at the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship hosted by the Hawks this weekend. In the 100-meter dash, freshman Olivia O’Niell finished in sixth place with a time of 13.69 in the event. Amanda Walsh (South Windsor, Conn.) came in just behind her to take 9th place. Followed by Lara Kester (Massapequa, N.Y.) in 10th place. In the 800-meter race, Tabitha Didonato (Cherry Hill, N.J) came in third, with a time of 2:25.68.
