Colonels fall in SAA Finale

MEMPHIS- The Centre women’s lacrosse team traveled south to face Rhodes in the 2024 Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Women’s Lacrosse Championship game. Although a close opening half, the Lynx pulled away to eliminate Centre by a score of 19-8. HIGHLIGHTS – The Lynx initiated the game, jumping out to 3-0 lead in the opening six minutes. At the nine-minute mark, rookie Ellie Macdonald scored the first of three unbroken goals for the Colonels, Lily Gahm’s unassisted score following.
