Falcons Better Golden Wolves, 5-4

(April 28, 2024) – Alvernia University (4-8, 3-3) fell just shy to Messiah University (7-8, 5-1) on Sunday afternoon as the Falcons edged the Golden Wolves, 5-4, in the MAC Commonwealth women’s tennis regular season finale at the Governor Mifflin Courts. Today marked Alvernia’s third loss in conference play by a 5-4 decision. Despite the loss, Alvernia is in the MAC Commonwealth postseason as the #4 seed and will face #1 Albright on Tuesday.
