Knights Doomed By Long Ball, 10-3

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The FDU Knights (15-26, 10-13) closed out their three-game series against the Merrimack Warriors (21-22, 14-10) which resulted in a 10-3 loss for the Knights. Graduate right-handed pitcher Zac Capps started the game on the mound for FDU and completed 4.2 innings. Capps struck out four in today’s outing. Merrimack found their way on the board first right away with a two-run homerun to take a 2-0 lead.
