Mammoths finished 6th at NESCAC Championships

BRUNSWICK , Me . — The Amherst College men’s golf team shot a collective 22-over 310 Sunday in the second and final round of the 2024 NESCAC Championships held at the Brunswick Golf Club, settling for a 6th-place finish out of the 10-team field. The Mammoths finished the tournament with a two-round total of 607, good for 31-over par for the tournament. They finished six strokes behind 5th-place Middlebury and 20 strokes behind NESCAC Champion Tufts University, which shot a 3-over 291 as a team Sunday to win the title by six strokes.
