Rowing Earns First Place Finish Against Robert Morris

The Canisius rowing team returned home to face Robert Morris and defeated their 1v8 shell in intercollegiate rowing action Sunday morning at the West Side Rowing Club in Buffalo, N.Y. In the varsity 8 race, the Canisius 1v8 shell took first with a time of 8:47.28. The Golden Griffins 2v8 shell also finished above the visiting 1v8, completing the course with a time of 9:11.96 compared to 9:22.04 for Robert Morris.
