Softball Suffers Senior Day Sweep

The Official Athletic Site of The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg GREENSBURG – The Pitt-Greensburg softball team celebrated its three seniors on Sunday as the team took on AMCC foe PS Berhend. A one-run lead in the top of the sixth inning evaporated after a four run inning for the Lions as Berhend took game one 4-2 and game two 8-0 in five innings. Madison Stonbraker celebrated senior day with two hits in game one and was solid being the plate, helping guide pitcher Melanie Mienke to two earned runs and two strikeouts. Stonbraker had a double in the game.…
