Two National Championships Highlight Event Finals Day at NCATA Meet

FAIRMONT, W. Va. — The Quinnipiac acrobatics and tumbling program took home a pair of individual national championships on Sunday during the Event Finals day, winning in the six-element tumbling pass and open pyramid heats. Summer Knoell earned her third individual national title, scoring 9.850 in the six-element pass in beating out Oregon by 0.025 for the title.
