Women’s Lacrosse Celebrates Senior Day with Win over Mary Washington

LEXINGTON, Va. – The eighth-ranked Washington and Lee University women’s lacrosse team wrapped up its regular season with a 20-6 non-conference win over the University of Mary Washington on Sunday afternoon. The Eagles (5-12) scored first but the Generals (14-3) recovered from an early 2-1 deficit with five minutes off the clock. W&L roared back to score 13 of the 15 first-half-goals to celebrate a senior day victory.
